PREMIUM RESEARCH PEPTIDES!

Wolverine Blend BPC-157 and TB-500

Wolverine Blend combines BPC-157 and TB-500 in one freeze-dried vial. This page covers typical vial ratios, storage conditions, and what a valid COA should.

The Wolverine Blend is a pre-mixed research peptide combining BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single vial. Most formulations pair 2 mg of BPC-157 with 2 mg of TB-500, giving 4 mg total. If you are researching this blend, here is what you need to know about what it contains, how to store it, and what documentation to expect.

What the Wolverine Blend BPC-157 and TB-500 Actually Contains

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a protein found in gastric juice. TB-500 is a synthetic version of a naturally occurring protein fragment called Thymosin Beta-4. Both are sold as lyophilised — freeze-dried — white powder for research use.

Standard vial ratios you will see:

  • 2 mg BPC-157 + 2 mg TB-500 (most common, 4 mg total)
  • 5 mg BPC-157 + 5 mg TB-500 (10 mg total, less common)

The blend is always supplied as a dry powder. It is not pre-mixed liquid.

Form and Storage

The powder form matters for stability. Peptides in solution break down over time, especially at room temperature. Freeze-drying removes almost all water from the vial, which slows that breakdown dramatically. A properly lyophilised vial can stay stable for 24 months or longer when stored correctly.

Dry powder vials should be stored in a freezer at -20°C for long-term storage. A standard kitchen freezer works. If you are working through a vial within a few weeks, refrigeration at 2–8°C is acceptable.

Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, the rules change:

StateTemperatureHow Long
Lyophilised powder-20°C freezerUp to 24 months
Lyophilised powder2–8°C fridge3–6 months
Reconstituted solution2–8°C fridge28–30 days
Reconstituted solutionRoom temperatureDo not store

Once water is in the vial, the peptide begins to break down. Warmer temperatures make that happen faster. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles also degrade the peptide, so do not freeze a reconstituted vial and thaw it repeatedly.

Keep all vials away from light. UV light breaks peptide bonds. A drawer or opaque bag is enough.

COA: What to Look For

A COA — Certificate of Analysis — is the third-party lab report that confirms the peptide is what the label says it is. For a blend vial, the COA should cover both peptides, not just one.

The minimum you want to see:

  • Identity confirmation — usually HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography, a method that separates and identifies compounds by how they move through a column) or mass spectrometry
  • Purity percentage — research-grade material typically reads at 98% or above
  • Peptide-specific results — separate entries for BPC-157 and TB-500, not a combined pass/fail
  • The testing lab name — with enough detail that you could look them up independently
  • Batch or lot number — so the COA matches the vial you received

A COA that only tests for one peptide in a blend vial is incomplete. A COA without a named lab is not a COA — it is a label reprint. If the document does not show a chromatography trace or a mass reading, it has not been independently tested.

The Wolverine Blend is BPC-157 and TB-500 combined in a single freeze-dried vial, most often at 2 mg each. Store dry powder in the freezer and keep the reconstituted solution in the fridge for no more than 30 days. Ask for a COA that names the testing lab, shows purity at 98% or above, and lists results for both peptides individually. Form, storage, and documentation are where research quality is won or lost.
